Provide expert coaching, nutritional guidance, with a personalised and holistic approach that addresses your individual needs and goals. 

 

Key considerations to help you navigate your nutritional journey effectively:

  1. Understanding and setting sustainable goals. eg weight management, energy optimization, macronutrient breakdown etc

  2. Assess Current Habits.This assessment will help us identify areas for improvement and provide targeted recommendations.

  3. Educate and Inform. Provide our clients with accurate and evidence-based nutritional information. To help you understand the importance of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats), micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), hydration, and portion control. In an easy and relatable manner.

  4. Individualise Recommendations. Develop personalised nutrition guidelines that align with the client's goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

  5. Gradual Changes. We make gradual changes to allow for sustainable successful changes.

  6. Behaviour and Mindfulness. Help clients develop mindful eating habits.

  7. Support and Accountability. We have an established support system to keep our clients motivated and accountable with regular check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments to your nutritional needs.

What is our coaching all about?

Coaching

When it comes to coaching we love to bring our  clients through our 12 week programme but your health and well being deserve daily focus not just 12 weeks out the year - so that you can get "beach ready". 

 

As humans we don't come with a user manual and following 15 different online "gurus" for free will add to the confusion and most likely end up with you wanting to pull your hair out.

If you really are looking for change you need to commit to yourself, your coach and put the time and effort into making changes, creating habits and achieving your goals. Make change your main priory and focus for a year. We encourage all our clients to partake in our maintenance programme on completion of our 12 step programme. 

 

We are looking to bring you on a year long Journey to ensure that the changes and habits that we look to introduce are maintained and that we leave you educated, with great habits and the confidence to stay on your life long health and well being journey without costing you a fortune.
